OneNote trouble-shooting - three quick tips
OneNote is essentially web-based learning. Think of the OneNote app as a clone of information stored online.
1. Sync the whole Notebook out of hours. Right-click on the name of the Notebook and follow sync prompts.2. Use https://www.office.com > OneNote tile to access the latest, reliable pages and sections. Note: using the browser gives you access to less functions, but the most up-to-date sync .
3. Download and use OneNote 2016 - some educators/students are finding this older version of the app has better syncing performance. CLICK HERE to access and download, then sign in and open recent Notebooks.
